A career companion built around one idea: clarity
Jovia exists because job searching shouldn't require guessing what a CV should say, which jobs are worth applying to, or why an application went nowhere. We built a system that makes those things visible.
Why we built Jovia
A job search touches almost every part of a person's professional life: how they describe their experience, which roles they consider, how they present themselves to an employer, and how they learn from what doesn't work. In practice, most people manage all of this manually, across disconnected tools — a document editor for the CV, a handful of job boards, a spreadsheet for tracking, and no real way to see the pattern across dozens of applications.
Jovia was built to connect these pieces. Your profile informs your CV. Your CV informs your career recommendations. Your recommendations inform which jobs you see and how they're scored. Your application history informs the insights you get back. Nothing about the product works in isolation, because a job search doesn't either. And for people who'd rather work for themselves, Jovia's freelance marketplace connects them directly with clients — the same real profile and reputation carrying over, not a separate product bolted on. And on the hiring side, companies use the exact same platform to post roles and reach candidates — not a disconnected recruiting tool bolted onto the side.
What Jovia is not
Jovia is not a chatbot that talks about your career. It's a structured platform: a CV builder, an analysis engine, a job search and matching system, and an application tracker — built to work from your real information, for example in analyzing a CV or drafting a first version of a cover letter grounded in your real experience.
Jovia also does not promise outcomes it can't control. A match score describes fit against a job's stated requirements. It is never a guarantee of an interview or an offer — that decision belongs entirely to the employer, and we say so plainly throughout the product.
What guides the product
User-first, always
Every feature is judged by whether it genuinely helps someone find and win a role — not by whether it looks impressive in a demo.
Transparency over hype
Match scores, CV analysis, and career insights all come with an explanation. We don't ask you to trust a number you can't inspect.
Privacy by design
Your CV, your history, and your application data belong to you. We collect only what the product needs to function, and nothing more.
Built for the real job market
Job searching looks different across countries, industries, and career stages. Jovia is built to reflect that, not to flatten it.
Our privacy philosophy
A career platform holds sensitive information: employment history, education, contact details, and the record of every job applied to. We treat that as a responsibility, not a data asset. Jovia does not sell personal career information, does not use private CVs to train models by default, and gives every user direct control to view, export, or delete their data. Full detail is available in our Privacy Policy.
Where Jovia is headed
The current product focuses on giving people clarity: a stronger CV, an honest read on their profile, and a connected view of their job search. Future phases will extend into assisted and, eventually, supported automated application workflows — always with explicit user controls, and always within what a job source's terms and applicable law permit.
Your next role starts with a clearer profile
Build your career profile, get an honest read on your CV, and start seeing jobs that actually fit.
