Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of Jovia, operated by WEBEK LTD (WEBEK.ORG). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Jovia is a career intelligence platform that helps you build a CV, analyze your professional profile, search and evaluate job opportunities, prepare applications, and track your job search. Jovia does not employ you, does not act as a recruitment agency, and does not guarantee any hiring outcome.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally permitted to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Jovia.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information in your profile or CV
- Use Jovia to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or company
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or usage limits
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute job data obtained through Jovia
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable law
4. Content and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your CV and applications. Jovia's assisted features are designed to work only from information you provide and never to invent experience, education, or skills — but you remain responsible for reviewing all generated content, including CVs, cover letters, and application answers, before submitting it to an employer.
5. Job listings and third parties
Job listings originate from third-party sources. Jovia provides analysis of these listings but does not control or guarantee their accuracy, availability, or outcome. When you apply, you leave Jovia and interact directly with the employer's own application system, governed by that employer's own terms.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Pricing is shown before purchase and may change with notice. Refunds are handled per our Subscription and Refund Policy.
7. Freelance marketplace
Jovia also operates a freelance marketplace where independent freelancers offer paid services and buyers hire them directly. Jovia is not a party to the contract for services between a freelancer and a buyer — we provide the platform, payment processing, and dispute-resolution support, but the freelancer is solely responsible for the work delivered.
When a buyer places an order, payment is processed securely and held until the buyer approves the delivered work, at which point it becomes available to the freelancer as earnings, subject to a service fee. Freelancers are charged a commission on completed orders; the exact rate depends on their subscription plan and is always disclosed before an order is accepted.
If a buyer and freelancer cannot resolve an issue directly, either party may open a dispute. Jovia will review the order, communications, and delivered work, and may issue a full or partial refund, release payment to the freelancer, or take other action it reasonably determines appropriate. Jovia's decision on a dispute is final.
Freelancers must accurately represent their skills, identity, and portfolio, and must not accept payment for services outside the platform for orders initiated on Jovia. Buyers must provide clear requirements and respond to freelancers in good faith. Jovia may suspend marketplace access for either party for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.
8. Companies and job postings
Companies may create an account to post job listings directly on Jovia, manage applicants, and access hiring-related features. A company is solely responsible for the accuracy of its job listings and company profile, for its own hiring decisions, and for its interactions with applicants — Jovia is not a party to any employment relationship between a company and an applicant.
Company accounts are billed on a subscription basis according to the company plan selected; job-posting limits, applicant-tracking features, and any priority placement or verified badge are determined by that plan and are always disclosed before purchase.
Companies must not post fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading job listings, and must not use applicant data obtained through Jovia for any purpose other than genuine recruitment for the posted role. Jovia may remove any job listing or suspend a company account for violations of this section or of applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
The Jovia name, logo, and platform are the property of WEBEK LTD. You retain ownership of the personal and career content you submit, subject to the license needed for us to operate the service on your behalf, such as generating a CV document from your data.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
11. Disclaimers
Jovia's recommendations, scores, and insights are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee any employment outcome. The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WEBEK LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including hiring outcomes, third-party job listing accuracy, or third-party application systems.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to WEBEK LTD's place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
